Placing an Order:
Ordering online with Fetch Haus is both simple and safe. Simply browse through our selection of products, when you find something you like, click on 'add to cart'. Once you are finished shopping, view your shopping cart and complete checkout in our secure environment - to ensure that your personal information remains safe.
Changing an Order:
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make changes online. Should you need to make a change, you can contact us during regular business hours, or email email@example.com. We do attempt to ship orders within 1-2 days, so please contact us as soon as possible before an item ships. If the order has already shipped, then you cannot change or cancel the order.
As required by the Province of Alberta, we do charge a 5% Goods and Services Tax.
For your convenience we accept Email Transfer, MasterCard, and Visa via Paypal. All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items returned after this 30 day period will not be accepted. Shipping and Handling charges on returns are non-refundable. Returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition.
The following items purchased online can not be returned. Pet food, pet beds, perishable items, seasonal items or personalized items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Our pets do come in many shapes and sizes, therefore, we strongly recommend measuring your pet accurately before making your size selection.
Sale Item Return Policy
Please note that sale items are final and non-refundable. Unauthorized returns of sale items will be declined.

Please securely pack your returned merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. Be sure to retain your shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes to ensure that the package is returned to the store. Fetch Haus cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary on your destination.
Shipping is calculated based on order total. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 to western provinces, and $100 to eastern provinces (some exclusions apply such as food, litter etc). You will be contacted if there are additional shipping charges.
In town delivery charges: For purchases 0-$20 = $15 delivery. $21+ = flat rate of $10 delivery charge.
Out of Stock Items
In rare occasions, we may notice that the item you ordered is unavailable, if this is the case, we will advise you via email in the case you would like an alternative. If nothing suitable is available, you will be offered a refund on that item.
Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs there may be additional surcharge fees for those items shipped from the supplier. If this occurs, you will only be charged shipping once, through Fetch Haus for your complete order.
